GOWM_Testim_1 Our clients want... A healthier culture To communicate better Where we communicate and do what we say is important Where we actively nurture safety, belonging and thus collaboration Where we listen and share honestly & compassionately "I want to support more openness, inclusivity and learning in our teams. ED&I, for example, is tokenistic at the moment for us." "We’re stuck, and we need to build more morale and unearth and discuss live issues." To live the values "I want the leadership team and managers to more effectively communicate and lead change, growth and development."

GOWM_Testim_1 We'll lay strong foundations building trust, connecting and aligning on scope. Building an inclusive culture requires living and facilitating safety, transparency and a humility that says, ‘I don’t know’. We do that here. In each engagement we... Our work is framed by Senge’s Learning Organisations, Rosenberg’s non-violent communication, systemic constellations, and participatory design and decision making, among others. That’s culture programmes, coaching, conflict resolution, away-days, peer-coaching, among others. 2 | Craft the container 3 | Create We'll lay strong

Building an inclusive
culture requires living
and facilitating safety,
transparency and a
humility that says, ‘I don’t
know’. We do that here.
To unstick what is stuck, we must nurture a 'container' of safety - the necessary holding space for change and difficult truths and emotions. Expressing our truth, we build a collective understanding of our current reality, and of what’s possible. Here we'll synthesise collective truths, which means we'll have built consensus on what is happening currently, and ways that we can start to move beyond them. Here the conclusion and best, next steps will be clear - insight will already provoke action. 1 | Connect 1 | Connect

Slide The work we did at the beginning of the year has helped me both personally and professionally. It has given me permission and courage to experiment and try new things… Thank you for helping us to find our clarity, purpose and direction. WORKING WITH YOU I’M BEING MORE HONEST WITH MYSELF. THESE SESSIONS WITH YOU HAVE ALLOWED ME TO BE MORE HONEST WITH OTHERS IN THE WORK. ...all four of us reflected on the morning and said how much we had enjoyed it, and how effective your technique had been. Even at the point we left it seemed we had a collective vision... You have four very impressed Care Group Board members. Thanks for holding space for me to reflect and being part of the project close, I really appreciate your way of seeing and the thoughtful questions you contributed… Just wanted to say a proper thank you for all of your support on the delivery model, you really helped guide and shape the work as well as supporting the development of vital narrative, this ensured it is a useful and used document. It was a joy to work with you too. Isabel Hodkinson | GP Principal, Tower Hamlets CCG Board ...we completely changed the way we asked for feedback and we completely changed the way we asked them to do reflection and it’s been amazing. It’s much more reflective. You did that piece of work with us around expressing feelings, about giving your feedback in different ways, so we’ve built it on that, and we’ve had amazing conversations.
